All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. Custom orders with artwork that is NOT ready to print will have an extended TAT of 3-5 business days.
Please be aware that USPS is currently experiencing delays and your tracking might not be updated in a timely manner.
RUSH ORDERS:
-ALL ARTWORK NEEDS TO BE PRINT-READY AND SUBMITTED RIGHT AWAY FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RUSH PRINTING/SHIPPING.
-RUSH FEE WILL BE REFUNDED IF WE NEED TO WORK ON/DESIGN YOUR ART AND YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP WITHIN OUR STATED TAT.
-Rush-SAME BUSINESS DAY- Your order will be printed and shipped same business day if your order is placed by 11am CST Monday-Friday.
If you place your order after 11am CST or on a weekend your order will ship next business day.
-Rush-NEXT BUSINESS DAY- Your order will be printed and shipped next business day if placed before 5pm CST Monday-Friday.
If you place your order after 5pm CST or on a weekend TAT will be 2 business days.
eg. Order was placed on a Monday at 5:15pm with Rush-NEXT DAY option. It will be printed and shipped on the following Wednesday.
-Selecting the RUSH options does not effect actual transit time. Transit time depends on the shipping method chosen during checkout.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS:
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days.
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.
Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
